A training course designed for Eloficash users to provide all the practical skills needed to fully use our solution and save time when managing cash.

✅ Log in and navigate efficiently through the Eloficash interface and its settings.

✅ View, interpret and make use of information relating to customer accounts.

✅ Use worklists, filters and dashboards to prioritise and track their debt recovery actions.

✅ Create and manage incidents (disputes, litigation, payment schedules).

✅ Use the integrated communication tools: sending emails, generating personalised letters, and running campaigns.

✅ Use the Expert reminder feature to plan, automate and track reminder actions.

✅ Generate dynamic reports tailored to your analysis or reporting needs.

✅ Implement a strategy for monitoring and continuously improving customer risk management via Eloficash.

🕰️ Training duration: 2 x 3 hours. Training can be delivered in 2 or more sessions, depending on the client’s preferred schedule.

Supervisor Training Course.

A training course designed specifically for Eloficash supervisors to give you the autonomy to customise the dashboard and enable you to monitor users.

✅ Set up and organise debt collection campaigns across multiple entities.

✅ Assign portfolios or tasks to staff using the solution.

✅ Monitor user activity: actions taken, reminders sent, cases opened, processing times, etc.

✅ Use dynamic reports to manage debt recovery: aged receivables, dispute rates, unfulfilled promises, etc.

✅ Analyse data to assess the performance of reminder campaigns and adjust the strategy where necessary.

✅ Oversee sensitive cases (disputes, litigation) and ensure they are managed effectively.

✅ Set up automation rules, reminder scenarios and configure eligibility thresholds.

✅ Monitor and adjust the tool’s settings in line with your operational and financial objectives.

✅ Ensure data quality: detect duplicates, incomplete entries and anomalies.

• Continuous assessment of learning throughout the course via practical exercises.
• Multiple-choice questionnaire at the end of the training to assess understanding of key functions (user & supervisor).
• Participant satisfaction survey at the end of the course.
• A certificate of completion will be issued if the learning objectives are met.
