Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs) - Eloficash
1. Purpose
Eloficash provides the website www.eloficash.com (the “Website”) to its Users.
The Website presents the Eloficash company, its software solutions for accounts receivable management, and informational content related to its expertise (blog, downloadable content, white papers, brochures).
These Terms and Conditions of Use (”Terms”) govern access to and use of the various features available on the website.
2. Definitions
Publisher : The Website is published by Eloficash SAS, a subsidiary of the Infolegale Group, with a share capital of €415,000, having its registered office at 20, Boulevard Eugène Deruelle – Allée C – 69003 Lyon – France.

User : Any internet user who browses, reads, views or uses the website www.eloficash.com is considered a User.
Website : Refers to www.eloficash.com.
3. Website accessibility
The Website is accessible online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled or unscheduled interruptions, for maintenance purposes or in the cases of force majeure.
Should access to the Website become inaccessible, Eloficash will use its best efforts to restore access as soon as possible. However, Eloficash shall not be held liable for any damage of any kind resulting from such unavailability.
4. Access to “Demo” versions
The Website allows Users to request a product demonstration (“Demo”) or brochure for Eloficash solutions.
Access to a demo or brochure is subject to :
- completion of a contact form by the User,
- verification and follow-up by the Eloficash sales department, and
- Where applicable, acceptance of the Eloficah’s General Terms and Conditions of Use for demo purposes.
Usernames and passwords provided for demo access are strictly personal and confidential.
Disclosure to any third party is prohibited and shall render the User liable.
5. Liability
Use of the Website is subject to what is deemed ‘normal’ use.
Eloficash reserves the right to suspend access in the event of abusive use or any attempt to compromise the integrity of the Website.
The use of the information and materials available on the Website is the sole responsibility of the User.
All resources on the Website are provided for information purposes only and shall not incur the liability of Eloficash.
Eloficash reserves the right to modify the Website or its content at any time, without prior notice.
6. Protection of personal data
Data collected via the website
Eloficash undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of your personal data via the Website, complies with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Data transmitted by the User through :
- a contact form or demo request form is intended for Eloficash sales department,
- a newsletter subscription or content download form is intended for Eloficash marketing department.
By completing a form on the Website, you authorise Eloficash to store and process your personal data in order to contact you regarding its products and services.

Retention
Personal data collected via the Website are retained unless and until the data subject objects to such processing.
Data retention within Eloficash’s internal systems is governed by the GDPR policy.

Eloficash reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Updated versions are published on the Website and deemed accepted by any User who access the Website after they publication.

In the event of force majeure (as defined under French case law), Eloficash will endeavour to limit the consequences and restore service continuity as soon as possible.
11. Governing law and competent jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution, and failing amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Commercial Court of Lyon, unless required by mandatory legal provisions.
